94(493)"19" Histoire de la Belgique au XXe siècleRésumé : Le 18 octobre 2002, le CEGES organisait une journée d’étude sur l’utilisation des archives judiciaires de la répression consécutive à la Seconde Guerre mondiale. Le but de la journée était de mettre en contact les propriétaires et les conservateurs des archives d’une part et les chercheurs d’autre part. Ce que nous appelons pour plus de facilité ‘archives de la répression’ , est en effet d’une valeur inestimable pour la recherche sur la collaboration et la répression, et constitue la base de nombreuses études sur ces thèmes. Mais des questions subsistent encore sur les modalités de consultation de ces archives. En outre, le gouvernement s’est proposé d’abolir la justice militaire en temps de paix. Il nous a semblé utile de nous pencher préalablement sur la destination des archives judiciaires de la répression et de réfléchir aux modalités qui présideraient à leur consultation par les chercheurs.
